ELSA Day

ELSA Day is a project of ELSA International, which is always held on the last Wednesday of the month of November. On this day, all local and national ELSA groups organize a series of events on a given topic, from pub-quizzes to conferences. This project is sponsored by the Council of Europe, which receives an annual action plan from all local groups and then awards the 40 best-organized projects. The Spring 2019 International Council Meeting was declared victorious for the Czech Republic.

Every year all local groups across Europe focus on specific topics in human rights issues. In the previous year, the Right to Education was selected and you can see a recording of events organized by local ELSA Czech Republic groups in the following video.
