Over the course of three days, various workshops and discussions will be held with experts on the given topic, all of them aimed at developing soft skills. The labor market, along with its requirements, has changed over the years. Although in the past there was the emphasis mainly on the professional knowledge of the applicants, today the individual personality of the applicant is the main focus of employers. The term “a personality” comprises certain qualities, which we call soft skills.
