In April 2018 I attended the 51st session of United Nations Commission on Population and Development in New York, USA as the Head of ELSA Delegation. We were group of 5 ELSA students from different countries all over Europe – Czech Republic, France, Italy, Germany and Serbia. It was an unique opportunity for us to see how real United Nations negotiation happens. We participated in the discussions about the new accepted development act, we attended many really interesting side events about the topic and represented ELSA during the meetings with representatives of the member countries of the Commision. We enjoyed it very much, New York itself is a heartbeating city which never sleeps and I can say this was one of the best experience which ELSA could gave me.“
