{"id":1101,"date":"2019-07-16T17:18:41","date_gmt":"2019-07-16T15:18:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.elsa.cz\/praha\/?post_type=projekty&#038;p=1101"},"modified":"2024-11-27T14:34:11","modified_gmt":"2024-11-27T13:34:11","slug":"allen-overy-essay-competition-2","status":"publish","type":"projekty","link":"https:\/\/www.elsa.cz\/praha\/en\/projekty\/allen-overy-essay-competition-2\/","title":{"rendered":"A&amp;O Shearman Essay Competition"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The A&amp;O Sherman Essay Competition is a written essay competition focusing mainly on the essential qualities of a lawyer, namely critical thinking and written expression, as it is very important for a student to understand the practical implications of theory in practice and to be able to deal with a really difficult legal issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The principle of the competition is designed to allow groups of students to tackle an obscure<br>topic under discussion in a designated area of law, exploring all aspects of it from a new perspective, and have the opportunity to present their original insight in a publication.
