Tato akce je organizov\u00e1na ve spolupr\u00e1ci s Radou Evropy, je to nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed evropsk\u00e1 sout\u011b\u017e po\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e1 ELSA a jedin\u00e1 sout\u011b\u017e o lidsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1vech konan\u00e1 v angli\u010dtin\u011b. Tato sout\u011b\u017e je ur\u010dena pro 2 \u2013 4 \u010dlenn\u00e9 t\u00fdmy student\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed 2 kou\u010de. Tento Moot Court prob\u00edh\u00e1 ve dvou kolem, z nich\u017e prvn\u00ed kolo je p\u00edsemn\u00e9, a b\u011bhem n\u011bj\u017e t\u00fdmy p\u00ed\u0161\u00ed p\u00edsemn\u00e9 pod\u00e1n\u00ed pro \u017eadatele i odp\u016frce. Do presti\u017en\u00edho fin\u00e1le po\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e9ho ve \u0160trasburku n\u00e1sledn\u011b postoup\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 20 nejlep\u0161\u00edch t\u00fdm\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studenti, kte\u0159\u00ed se z\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed Helga Pedersen Moot Court Competitionetition, z\u00edskaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmou zku\u0161enost s aplikac\u00ed Evropsk\u00e9 \u00famluvy o ochran\u011b lidsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v a z\u00e1kladn\u00edch svobod na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpadu, d\u00e1le nepochybn\u011b zlep\u0161\u00ed sv\u00e9 argumenta\u010dn\u00edch dovednosti a v neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b pak sout\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00ed z\u00edskaj\u00ed mnoho cenn\u00fdch \u017eivotn\u00edch
