European Human Rights Moot Court Competition 2016

Informace pro ty, kdo by se rádi zúčastnili European Human Rights Moot Court Competition 2016! 

In order to become a member of the Law Faculty of the Charles University Team please send the following documents to tymofeya@prf.cuni.cz:

1. CV in English (2 pages)
2. Submission for the applicant (up to 5 pages)
3. Submission for the respondent state (up to 5 pages).

If you have you would like to take part in this competition as a team, please send common submissions for the applicant (up to 15 pages) and the state (up to 15 pages) as well as CV for each member of the team. The submissions shall be based on the EHRMCC 2016/2017 case, which you can
find here -
http://elsa.org/ wp-content/uploads/ ELSA_files/MCC/5th_EHRMCC_case.pdf.

They should be in compliance with the Rules of the European Human Rights Moot Court Competition. However, in view of their size, both submissions shall contain of only the followings:

(1) Summary of the results
(2) Legal pleadings
(3) Footnotes (shall contain the detailed information on your sources - books, articles, case-law, etc.). Reference to the ECHR case-law shall follow the format
-http://echr.coe.int/Documents/Case_law_references_ENG.pdf 
and include a number of the paragraph of the judgment.
